Refund and cancellation policy

The Crisis Preparation Blueprint is a digital publication. Access is granted to your account in full and immediately on payment, and cannot be returned or withdrawn once given. For that reason purchases are not refundable, including if you change your mind, buy by mistake, or decide the material is not what you expected.

By completing the purchase you are asking for immediate access and you accept that no refund is available once it has been granted. Please read the product page in full before buying — it sets out exactly what is included, and who the book is not for.

These are billing errors rather than refunds, and we fix them without argument:

• You were charged twice. The duplicate is refunded in full.
• You paid but never got access. We restore access, or refund you if we cannot.
• A payment you did not authorise. Refunded in full once verified.
• The product is materially not as described. Tell us specifically what is missing and we will fix it or refund you.

There is no subscription and no recurring charge. You pay once. Access stays attached to your account, and future editions are added to it at no further cost.

Email hello@crisisblueprint.shop from the address you paid with, or quote your payment reference. We respond within one business day. Where a refund is due, we approve it within 2 business days and Razorpay returns it to your original payment method — your bank or card issuer typically takes a further 5–7 business days to post it, which is outside our control.

Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you. Some jurisdictions give a cancellation right for digital purchases; where they do, that right prevails over this policy. If you believe you have such a right, write to us and say so — we would rather resolve it directly than have you dispute it with your bank.
